International Workshop on PCSEL 2025
Registration
PCSEL 2025 and PECS-XIV is a dual-track conference held across three days, including parallel sessions on day two. Registered attendees will be able to access all sessions, as well as attend both the welcome reception and conference dinner. Lunch and morning & afternoon refreshments will be served each day. Social Events
Informal Drinks Grosvenor Hotel Sunday 9th October 18:30-22:00
The PCSEL and PECS organising committees will be gathered in the lounge of the Grosvenor Hotel on Sunday evening for an informal get together. Workshop presenters and attendees are welcome to join us throughout the evening to introduce themselves and collect their badges should they wish to do so. As this is not part of the official programme, no food will be served, and individuals will be responsible for the cost of their own refreshments.
Welcome Reception Clydeside Distillery Monday 10th October 18:30-22:00 (by RSVP)
Following the end of the Keynote session, attendees will be transported from the workshop venue by bus to the Clydeside Distillery for the official welcome reception for an evening of drinks, canapes, and merriment. The cost of refreshments is included in the registration fee.
Conference Dinner Òran Mór Tuesday 11th October 18:30-22:00 (by RSVP)
A sit-down conference dinner will be held at Òran Mór, a short walk from the workshop venue. Dinner will consist of a three-course set menu (vegetarian and vegan options are available), with assorted drinks available at each table, the cost of which is included in the registration fee.

Visa Invitation Letters
Visa Invitation Letters can be provided to those who are registered and paid in full. Please contact us at workshop@pcsel.org to request your letter.
Registration is through the Aston University online store. Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to create a store account for billing reasons.
